At Blush & Beam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened cosmetics and makeup products

  • Used beauty tools

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The product is defective.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
